How does the gift registry work?

Once you have created an account, you can add products to your registry by simply clicking on the "Add to Registry" button. All of your items will be saved and can be accessed by searching for your registry using your name and/or event date or by emailing your friends and family the link to your registry.

What are your shipping & return policies?

In order to try and help our customers avoid high shipping costs, our shipping fee is generally 10% of the total. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been received and another e-mail when your order has shipped.

If you received your order and are not happy with your products for whatever reason, simply return the products, UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED, and we will be more than happy to issue you a Scrappy Things credit in the amount of the returned product or replace the item for you.

I placed an order for a custom designed scrapbook. Now what?

Once we receive your custom order, we will e-mail you a short questionnaire about the subject of the album, any anecdotes, poems or quotes that have special significance, your color and style preferences and any other personal touches that you would like included in your special keepsake album. Once we have received the completed questionnaire, we will begin work on your scrapbook and in approximately 3 weeks, you will have a perfectly personalized scrapbook for your special memories.

What is the difference between
an 8x8 album & a 12x12 album?

The biggest difference besides the obvious 4 inches is the number of photographs that can be placed on a page. With an 8x8, we are only able to place one standard sized photograph (4x6 or 5x7) per page. More than one can be used in special situations but since this will require cropping of the photographs, this will be discussed beforehand. So in an average 8x8 album, one can get up to 20 standard photos in the album. In a larger 12x12 album, as many as three or four standard photographs can be placed on a single page. So no matter how many photographs you wish to place in the scrapbook, a lot or a few, we have the perfect  option for you and your special memories.
